Jillian Bird

Jillian Bird began her dance journey as a late teen and immediately fell in love with movement. Her training consists of multiple styles on both east and west coasts at studios such as Debbie Reynolds, Movement Lifestyle, BDC, and Koresh. Jillian attended Broadway Dance Center’s Summer Training Program where she focused on street styles. Her time training with Dana Foglia in her mentorship program was highly influential. She was able to perform alongside Dana’s company at DancerPalooza in Long Beach, California. Jillian performed works by Olivia Cippola and Justin Prescott for Broadway Cares / Equity Fights AIDS fundraising events at the Manhattan Center produced by Jerry Mitchell. She workshopped choreography for a Broadway show and danced in multiple flash mobs in New York City. Under the direction of Sandra Dee Guillen, Jillian performed for country music artist Jessica Lynn in her holiday show at the historic Colonial Theatre. When not dancing she is most likely to be found sipping a matcha latte, spending time with her dog, or making a mess in her attempt at pottery.
